Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to make a return, we're here to help! Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase as well.

Starting a return is easy. Just reach out to us at lee@ljclark.co.uk, and we'll guide you through the process. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and give you instructions on where and how to send the package. Remember, we can only accept returns that have been requested in advance, so please make sure to contact us before sending anything back.

If there are any damages or issues with your order, please let us know right away. Inspect your items upon delivery, and if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately. We'll work with you to evaluate the problem and make it right.

While we strive to accommodate returns, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to get in touch with us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you're looking to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the quickest way to get what you want is to go through the return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

When it comes to refunds, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If it's approved, we'll automatically refund the original payment method you used. Just keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
